At W for Woman, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery. All products must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Place the item in its original packaging along with the invoice and ensure all brand tags remain attached to the garment.

Schedule Pickup

Once your request is submitted, our courier partner will visit your address within 48-72 hours to collect the return package.

Quality Check and Refund

After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
